Quality control

Whatever turkey products we’re supplying, quality and safety is key. That’s why our highly trained quality controllers and poultry inspectors carry out detailed inspections at every stage of preparation. Independent inspectors from the Food Standards Agency and Meat Hygiene Service are on site at all times, and we have announced and unannounced visits and audits from all major supermarkets.

Further inspections are also made at our own accredited laboratory in Norfolk, which carries out daily microbiological and nutritional testing to ensure our preparation standards have been followed, that our products are of the specified high quality required, and to provide accurate nutritional information.
