Our objectives

At Bernard Matthews Farms we understand that our future success is all about making great tasting turkey products, but doing so in ways that support a sustainable future for the environment, our community and our business.

To ensure this happens we have set out some clear goals to help guide us :

  • Educate people about food and in particular turkey
  • Inspire people in our local community
  • Support our employees

These goals come with a high degree of challenge but we are committed to tackling these challenges. We have set out the ways in which we are delivering against these goals. Our achievements to date and they key projects we have underway.

We are not complacent and know there is a lot more to do, which is why we have committed to reviewing and reporting on our corporate responsibility progress every year.
